Key areas identified for establishing an effective and efficient institution framework for delivery of service include:
- To conduct staff appraisal and capacity building
- To maintain a support staff as per the required staff student ratio as well as multi-skilled support staff.
- To organize educational retreats once a year for the teaching staff and non-teaching staff
- To give merit certificate and tokens to deserving staff
- To organize seminars, workshop and INSET training programs for both teaching and non-teaching staff.
